Welcome! We are pleased to become your fiscal agent and are eager to work with you and your self-directed services.
Morning Sun Financial Services offers over twenty years of experience providing financial management services and vendor/fiscal agent services to people with disabilities and those who are elderly. We have served individuals in South Carolina through a contract with the South Carolina Department of Health and Human Services for the past two years.
Morning Sun Financial Services is customer service oriented and committed to self-determination. Our staff take a “hands on” approach to establishing individuals as employers and in assisting people on an on-going basis.
We are working with the South Carolina Department of Disabilities and Special Needs and will begin the transition and enrollment process in January 2024. The enrollment process will take several months. We plan on enrolling groups of participants and their workers each month and expect to finish the transition by June 2024. Before your enrollment month occurs, we will send you employer enrollment paperwork as well as employee enrollment paperwork for your staff.
Morning Sun is offering several options to support you in the enrollment process.
